Thanks for posting the query.


The symptoms you are suffering could be due to Vitamin D deficiency.
Do you have any history of viral infection in the recent past?
Are you on any medicines for other illness?

I suggest you to check your CBC counts, Serum Vitamin D3 and thyroid profiles to see the cause of the symptoms.

Till then i suggest you to take multivitamin tablets like Nurokind or Mc Mega for 3 months.
