Brief Answer:
Knee Osteoarthritis. Medication, lifestyle modification

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

I have read your query and reviewed your reports.

You have Osteoarthritis of both the knees which is why you have pain.

These are degenerative changes to the knees cartilage and later the bone, causing rubbing of the sensitive joint surfaces together.

It is advisable to wear knee cap. Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling. Apply hot packs to the painful regions.

You can take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals. You can get Injection Steroid in your knees which can help with the pain relief.

Do upload your knee Xray for a better understanding of your progress.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Upload Xray film. Weight loss excellent. Muscle strengthening and stretchin

Detailed Answer:
It would be helpful if you could upload the Xray films because your Radiologist has not graded the severity of the knee arthritis. Depending on the grade, I can comment on its severity and reversibility.

Weight loss will have a profound positive impact on your knee condition. Definitely arthritis we reduce and you will suffer less.

Yes, you can do physiotherapy for Quadriceps muscle strengthening and Hamstring make stretching. Ankle pump also helps. Do speak to your Physiotherapist about this.

Brief Answer:
Mild arthritis

Detailed Answer:
You are having mild grade arthritis. There is less space between the joint surfaces which could be the cause of the pain.

You will benefit from weight loss, Physiotherapy, pain killers, knee steroid injection.
