Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Sciatica
Question: Severe pain in sciatica. Went to physical therapist for 6 weeks and pain was gone. I am very active, play sports 2-3 times a week and spend a lot of time walking for my job. Felt great after seeing therapist but i just got back into running which i love to do and pain is slowly coming back. More of a tingling sensation near tailbone and in buttocks. Should I see a chiropractor for hip alignment or can I never run again?

Hello again,
If there is sudden jerk to spine due to sports or while driving ,can cause acute disc prolapse and radiating pain.
Pain after running indicates possibility of facet joint involvement also.
If possible go for MRI spine.
Physiotherapy may also help.
