Brief Answer:
Features are suggestive of dyspareunia (painful intercourse)

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.

After having gone through the problem described in your query you seem to have to a condition called Dyspareunia or persistent or recurrent genital pain that occurs just before, during or after intercourse.

Following are common reasons for the painful intercourse:

1. Vaginismus (due to involuntary spasms of the muscles of the vaginal wall
2. Insufficient lubrication due to lack of enough fore play
3. Injury, trauma or irritation
4. Congenital abnormality like imperforate hymen
5. Emotional factors concerns about your physical appearance or fear of intimacy
6. Stress or history of sexual abuse.

Can you please provide the following details:

1. How many times did he try to enter and how many times it was a failure?
2. Did you have enough fore play before actual penetration?

Awaiting your reply.
Best regards.
