Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Lump In Breast

Question: Good morning. Last month after going to a shooting range I experienced severe pain in my left breast. I also got a hard lump that was hot to the touch. I figured it was a strained muscle as it is not a muscle that I use often. Yesterday when I got home from work I found a spot of blood in my bra. It is coming from my nipple and I am really scared. I had breast cancer 12 years ago to my left breast and had a lumpectomy. So of course I am very nervous.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Hard painful lump in the breast with bleeding from the nipple is highly likely of recurrence of breast carcinoma, however breast abscess is also a possibility.
I will suggest you to consult an oncologist to get properly examined, investigated including mammography and biopsy, if required, and get appropriate treatment as soon as possible.
