Hello,

I read your message and am sorry for the health problems you are going through recently.

Before running into conclusions I need to know if you have consulted an orthopedic doctor for this trouble ?

My assumption is any degenerative process mostly in your sacroiliac articulation and maybe generalised arthritis for sure. These are conditions that need proper and long lasting care so to my opinion, you should consult an orthopedic surgeon and run X-ray of the sacroiliac joint and lower back to evaluate the changes of the structures there.

If the lumps you get are visible, can you send a photo to me?
Have you ever had problems with blood vessels of your lower limbs? Any Doppler ultrasound done so far?

Are the lumps always present or every time you get up? If only when you get up, then, this makes me think over a possible inguinal hernia. A proper physical examination by surgeon is required to rule it out.

If you have other symptoms and any reports of tests you've done so far, I'd be happy to analyze them further before giving my final opinion.

Thank you.
Dr.Albana
