Question: I am having severe lower back pain, frontal abdominal pain like cramping pain in my back all the way up, under my shoulder blades and ribs up my shoulders and neck. The area where my ovaries are hurting as bad as my back. Everyone is saying "I'm fine" small fibroids and a small cyst on one ovary, but the pain is increasing and no one will help.

The gradually increasing pain that you have is not likely to be due to small cyst or fibroid that you have. It is more likely to be a muscle spasm due to wrong posture. The best way to relieve the pain is to take rest, avoid all painful movements, take a mild pain killer with an oral muscle relaxant.
You can also do a hot compress and apply local analgesic gel in the area to help. Detailed investigations are needed in case all these measures do not help.
