Brief Answer:
Try home remedies and a course of multivitamins.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I understand your concerns. Your symptoms can be due to various causes like anemia, iron deficiency, vitamin deficiency, thyroid disorders, dehydration etc.

You can try some home remedies:
- Drink plenty of fluids like juice, buttermilk etc.
- Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
- You can try taking multivitamin tablets for a month like tab. becosules once daily, after food.
- Reduce intake of caffeinated beverages.
- Exercise.
- Lose weight if over weight.
- Quit smoking if you smoke.

I would suggest you to get blood tested for Hemoglobin, Serum iron, Serum vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Thyroid profile etc.

If your symptoms persist or worsens it is best to meet your physician for a detailed examination.

I hope this answered your query.
