Brief Answer:
Cramps are sign of low salt and calcium

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having cramps due to lack of salt and calcium in your body, Diabetes may have added in to it as you have to take a very limited diet.
I have following suggestions for you.
1.Take salt with juices, and with water.
2.Whenever you have craps take a spoonful of salt with glass.
3.Avoid too much sweating or very cold temperature. Both causes cramps.
4.Take calcium and vitamin D 3 daily.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
