Brief Answer:
vitamin b12 level

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.
With regards to your symptoms, intake of potassium supplement is helping you with your problem to some extent. Numbness and cramps can be due to deficiency of Vitamin B12.
I suggest you to go for blood work for level of Vitamin B12. Depending upon it's level oral or injectable B12 will be required.

You should avoid using pillow while sleeping.
Kindly consult a local doctor for blood test and prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. You can ask another question.

Wish you good health.

Regards
Dr. Gaurav Katiyar
