Suggest Treatment For Severe Joints And Muscle Pain

Question: I was diagnosed with RADS (a chemical burn when I had bronchitis) and spent 2 months on steroids and am also taking Montelukast Sod 10 MG. I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my joints and muscles...just wondering what meds I was reacting to.

Joint and muscle pain is a very rare side effect of montair and even steroids may cause these kinds of pain.

But in my opinion,the aches and pains that you have mentioned appear to be age related because you have not taken steroids for a very long time and in case of montair it`s a rare side effects.

You may take some calcium and vitamin D supplements and I am sure you will feel better.

You should also consult a orthopaedic surgeon if the aches and pains do not subside.

Since it came on very suddenly, I was thinking meds but I will try the Vit D and calcium. Thank you for your advice.
