Brief Answer:
It can be due to Neurological problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Sudden jerk in muscles are mostly due to anxiety or hyper activity of the brain. Your disc herniation in back is not responsible for it. I would like to know few details before I advised any thing about it.
1.Can you explain me if it is like continuous jerk( tremors) or just sudden single contraction?
2.Are you taking any anti anxiety medication?
3.Can you describe me your back pain, example is it like electric or aching or throbbing?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks

Brief Answer:
Continious jerk can be due to brain issue

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. Continious jerk can be due to brain issue. Cerebellum is the part of the brain which is responcible for it. Also your anxiety is contributing in this. So I would suggest you to meet a neurologist and take his opinion.
For baca and halfbody pain I would recommend you following.
1.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily at night time.
2.Tablet Amytryptalin 10 mg daily.
3.Hot water fomentation and volitran ointment.
4.Steroid injection in the spine can also help.
Chronic pain are difficult to treat. I can assure you that these medicines will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
