Question: I am experiencing an achy pain across my hips and stiffness, especially after doing activities working

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing pain in your hips that radiate into the upper thighs. This is usually the beginning of early osteoarthritis of the hip. The best treatment is the anti-inflammatory you are now taking ibuprofen and rest. There is no treatment that actually will reverse or slow the progression of osteoarthritis. Of course the only true way of know if you have osteoarthritis of the hip is to have xrays of the hip. I do recommend that you see your medical provider and see if they will do xrays of your hips to confirm the diagnosis.

Thank you I think I will go, sometimes I feel silly. My second question is I am on edarbychlor for blood pressure med for about 3 months, is there any reason to think that has an affect on my symptoms.
