Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
The symptoms of eye strain and headache in presence of refractive error requires evaluation of refractive error by vision and refractive error.
These symptoms can occur because of change in refractive error.
Hence I advice you to go for eye test for vision and refraction testing.

Hope this answers your question.
