Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache
Question: yesterday i was having severe headache and had been able sleep due to heavy stress so i wanted take 1 combiflam & 1 sleeping pill will it effect very seriously to my health let me tell you this was time?
the name of sleeping is "Stilnoct 12.5mg and combiflam

Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Taking a single dose of combiflam and Stilnoct is not going to effect your health.
But you should avoid using them frequently as we easily get addicted to them.
You won't even come to know that you have got addicted to sleeping pills!
In case you have difficulty in sleeping everyday, than tell me. Else, if you had just taken it yesterday, it's allright. Just avoid taking them again.
Combiflam can cause little gastritis. In case you are having that, let me know.

I am taking Stilnoct 12.5 for sound sleep from from 2 weeks but not able to sleep the reason is I am going thru very a stress level, i fear going to sleep and that keeps me awake. I do not enjoy taking tablets even i take a table i do not sleep more than 5/6 hours of sleep. what is the alternative? Guide Me

Dear Friend.
In this way you will get addicted to it. By saying addiction we don't mean to say that you enjoy taking it. It means you won't be able to fall asleep without medication in future.
I would advise you to visit a Psychologist and get relaxation therapies and behavioral therapies.
I don't recommend any medication to fall asleep.
If you work hard and your mind is calm you will fall asleep by yourself.
This is my best advise for you.
