Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I understand your concern.

You say to have headache, most probably sinus that you had before.

Now, headache is a sign of various pathologies including:
- sinus infection
- common cold
- increased blood pressure
- hypoglycemia
- neurological problems

So, before determining your diagnosis, I need to know if you are also having the following symptoms apart headache:
- where is the pain localized: on the forehead? on the back/neck area? or all over your head?
- are you having nasal stiffness/congestion too?
- do you feel your ears blocked?
- is your throat sore?
- do you have coughing? phlegm?
- any personal history of high blood pressure? chronic sinus infection? migraine?

Apart taking the oral analgesic you are already taking, applying peppermint oil on your forehead or pain area can also give relief.

Wish fast recovery.
