Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache
Question: I used to face lot of most of the times and sometimes cold along with that. For last 2-3days lot of headache day before yesterday headache was on back part of head but from yesterday pain comes to forehead and just unbearable type pain. Along with that having cold as well. Headache issue occurs most of the time throughout year with me sometime with cold or without cold. kindly suggest me what should I do.

However if you have nasal congestion along with headaches, possibilities of nasal and sinus issues may be contributing.

He/she can elicit complete medical history and perform a detailed clinical examination. Perhaps you may need blood tests and X-rays of paranasal sinuses before starting management.
At this point of time, you can take symptomatic pain relieving agents such as dolo 650mg or naproxen (as per neurologist instructions). It should help in controlling current headache and help you plan visit to the doctor.
