Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache, Tooth Ache And Body Pains

Question: My almost eighteen y.o. dtr has been constantly ill for the past year. Last Nov 2013 she was hospitalized for ten days because of severe chronic headache. She was was finally discharged with no official dx except she felt better after spinal tap which I assume relieved brain pressures.
Then she developed a keloid on her left ear lobe, apparently from a piercing two years ago. In XXXXXXX 2014, a dentist two wisdom teeth removed from the left side which became infected. The dentist decided to cut a drainage from the outside of her left cheek all the way through to the jaw bone even though I begged them not to do it because of her proness to keloids.
This incision became infected, the dermatologist did a bx, but, my daughter suffered a severe reaction to the penicillin he prescribed, causing us to have to wait an additional ten days for bx results; at which time the dermatologist declared another keloid had grown into the cyst area, this one being more aggressive than the first keloid, so he injected with steroid.
We have also been to see three pediatricians, her gynecologist, and two different doctors that office in two different stand-alone emergency clinics. Any suggestions?? I hope you can appreciate my escalating frustration. Thanks

Over the past three weeks, we have been to see nine different doctors, each one with a different experiences -- from viral, to bacterial, to keloid, to she is "emotionally distressed." Personally, I am just plain tired of seeing doctors with so many opinions, it makes my head spin. I just want my precious daughter to go back to living a normal life.
So far the docs have "ruled out" :: Virus, Flu, Mono and Meningitis.

Sorry, I didn't disclose her current and on-going symptoms -- not enough room to describe all. All symptoms I described are still there, but hopefully yesterday's steroid injection will take care of the keloid, which is still so painful, it is difficult to chew.
My primary concerns as of today are: 1) chronic debilitating headache causing sensitivity to light and sound. 2) Nausea, vomiting, some diarrhea. 3) Extreme dizziness with the feeling of faint. 4) Nasal congestion, some bloody discharge. 5) Chest cough with chest tightness / pressure -- it should be noted that all doctors said her lungs sounded clear. 6) On / off lower back pain -- just above hips and no complaints of radiating back pain. 7) Constant fatigue. 8) Generally feels poorly.

Add'l info: She has personal history of ovarian cysts -- resolved about four years ago. History of asthma -- resolved about thirteen years ago.
P.S., It seems I am having trouble uploading her most recent blood work.

It is two pages long. I may be able to email if necessary.

Brief Answer:
Migraine, protein and vitamin deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
All her symptoms are suggestive of
1. protein calorie malnutrition.
2. vitamin deficiency.
3.mild dehydration.
4.May be decreased lung function due to asthma.
Her type of head ache gives impression of Migraine.
Cyst does seem to be responsible for any symptom.
Nausea vomiting and loose motion may side effects of medicines. But if does not stop then it can be irritable bowel syndrome.
In this type of cases I usually start with plenty of oral fluids(May be any thing and every thing , which she LIKES)
Add multivitamins.
Diet what ever she LIKES(IMPORTANT).But must contain lot of protein.
What ever breathing exercise , she can do. You can take help of a physio for the same.
Take acetaminophen SOS for migraine.SOS.
If nausea and vomiting bothers much Domperidone SOS.
Keloid will improve after injection surely.
Hope I have answered your query.
If any thing else you are welcome, or you can close the query by rating the answer.
