Question: I'm 30 years old female in alot of pain numbess in left arm headaches everyday and Sharp pain in upper back

Cardiac origin of pain is highly unlikely in a young female unless there is a strong smoking history associated.
As per your history there are two possibilities-
Migraine with aura-The numbness in your hand is aura of the headache(seems less likely)
Cervical spondylosis-More likely as you have back pain,limb numbness and heaadaches daily.I would suggest you to go for MRI cervical spine screening to rule out the cause.
