Brief Answer:
You can try home remedies first.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Hair loss can be due to various causes such as hereditary, diet, stress, medical conditions such as diabetes or autoimmune disorders.

I would suggest you to try these home remedies"

- Minoxidil is an over the counter medicines, comes in liquid form that you apply on the affected areas. Some people have hair regrowth or reduced hair loss, sometimes both. You have to use it for 4 months to see the effect and also continue to retain the benefits.

- Adequate nutrition: Eat healthy fruits and vegetables. You can take a multivitamin supplement with biotin, zinc and vitamin E.

- Exercise such as walking and jogging. Deep breathing exercises to reduce stress.

In case your symptoms persists it is best to meet a dermatologist for a detailed examination and treatment.

I hope this answered your query.

Brief Answer:
1 ml twice a day

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up.

Minoxidil is usually well tolerated. There can be burning, itching or irritation on the treated area as side effects.

Apply 1 ml of the solution 2 times a day using the applicator. Your scalp should be dry, apply the solution from the center of the affected area outwards. Let it dry for 2 to 4 hrs even before going to bed.

Wash your hands thoroughly after using the solution.

I hope this answered your query.
