Question: Hello Doctor,

In last 3-4 months I have been facing heavy hair loss and little dandruff.
It seems to be an early stage of baldness.

Can you you please suggest the medicines to avoid the hair loss??
I do regular gym workout and also do not smoke.

Is the hair loss more from the front and the occipital or vertex region ?
Answer: Yes, the hair loss is more from front. I have sent images for your understanding
     
This is the typical madly pattern of hair loss.Or is it a generalised hair fall from whole of scalp?
Answer: There is generalised hairfall from whole scalp. I can see hairfall when I comb, take shower, apply coconut oil etc.
But still I can see no hair region in front side only and day by day its increasing. I am afraid this may lead to baldness.
I have shown the part with zero hair in the pictures attached,

Any hair loss in father or siblings ?
Answer:My father is 56. He is not bald and not even more white hair. Although as per age he has scarce hair now.

Any treatment taken ?
Answer: I do not have taken any treatment for hair fall till now.

Any illness in the recent months or excessive stress.
Answer: No illness in recent months.
Yeah I am going through a bit stress due to office work.
2.30 Hrs of travelling + 9 hrs of office work + 1 Hr gym everyday makes my day a bit hectic

I eat nonveg regularly. Chicken and eggs is regularly part of my diet. I do regular excercise (gym).
I am an IT engineer and have to sit in front of Computer 8-9 hrs everyday.
