Brief Answer:
plantar fasciitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I read your message.kindly answer the following questions.
1.Do you have any history of trauma?
2.Are you on any medications?
3.Are you having vit-d deficiency?

Foot pain in your case may be because of Plantar fasciitis which is straining plantar fascia which leads to swollen, weak or inflamed foot or else it may be Tarsal tunnel syndrome which is compression neuropathy that leads to painful foot.

You can take pain killers like Tab Diclofenac 50 mg whenever you have pain, but these pills you get only with doctors prescription.
Get an x-ray foot and meet an Orthpaedician for further evaluation

kindly get back to me if any query.

Regards,
Dr VSK
