I do understand your concern

“As” per your asking question I may say that dry eyes are not difficult to cure and exact diagnosis is important before using any medications. So first I request you to do a physical examination to rule out common disorders. Do take medications as suggested by your treating doctor. Do check if you have vitamin A deficit or not and you can take 10,000 IU capsules per day.Do take eggs, liver, Carrots, Sweet potato, Broccoli, and Spinach etc which are rich in natural vitamin A.
