Question: when I look up and down I have been getting dizzy, its been going on for a few days. also sounds don't seem right

Hearing problem with associated dizziness can be related to inner ear or labyrinth. It can be any thing from vestibularcneuritis to Labyrinthitis to menieres disease.

Through investigation of ear functions should be done initially.
Tests advised:

Pure tone audiometry.
Caloric test.
Vestibular evoked myogenic potential.
MRI brain with contrast to rule out vestibular schawanoma.
2D- echo to rule out cardiac functions.
Do follow up with E.N.T afterwards
