Question: Feel disorientated almost drunk like. Then need to sleep. Once awake fogged memories of the previous events. Family states acting normal. No meds or alcohol involved. Diabetic but sugars normal. Normal MRI
Normal thyroid levels on Levothyroxine 75mcg

I understand your concern.
There are two possibilities for these symptoms in my opinion.
1. It may be an abnormal discharge of electrical impulses from certain parts of the brain producing a partial seizure without any loss of consciousness or abnormal movements.
2. Transient decrease in blood flow to certain parts of the brain ( TIA)

You require further investigations like EEG and a study of the blood vessels of the brain as CT angiogram or MR angiogram
It would be good to have yourself examined by a neurologist and investigated appropriately.
