Brief Answer:
Coal tar+salicylic acid shampoo and steroid+salicylic acid lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.
You seem to have seborrheic dermatitis of scalp which presents as scalp scaling as well as itching.
I would suggest you to use a coal tar+salicylic acid based shampoo e.g protar lotion for shampoo, every alternate days.
Beside using an antidandruff shampoo I suggest you to also use a topical steroid+salicylic acid lotion. e.g topical -3 % solution, twice daily, on scalp.
These are absolutely safe for you to use.
However, these are prescription medications and therefore I suggest that you talk to a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.

Regards
