Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation

Question: age 25 sir, i have constipation problem. to relives this problem i am using lactifiber powder from last one year. please tell me how i can leave this powder. if i donot take this, again i suffer with constipation.

In order to get rid of Lactifiber powder and to have a normal bowel movements you must have to do certain life style modifications:

1. Increase the dietary fiber (vegetables, fruits, eat chapatis made up of wheat flour), drink plenty of healthy drinking water, avoid sweetened carbonated beverages.
2. Avoid smoking ( if you smoke)
3. Do regular physical exercise (avoid prolonged sitting in front of computer desks, TV, etc)

Can you please provide the following data:

1. Do you have any medical illness?
2. Do you take any medications?
3. Do you have any other symptoms like pain abdomen, loss of appetite, weight loss or abdominal distension?
4. Have your every checked your thyroid hormones?

i donot have any medical illness. but once before six months i have suffered piles due to constipation only. dear sir really i cannot sit continually 1-2 hour on chair for that i have to roam for some of the time. in addition, my belly (abdomen) have increased such any girl have 3-4 months baby. whatever you have suggested that i am taking in food like more fibre. and daily in copper pot i am taking water in morning time around one litre.

Dear sir,
till now i have not checked thyroid harmones. but i want to ask is there any relation of throid gland with constipation. because i cannot afford more expenditure. actually this weight gained from last year onwards when i used castor oil in milk.
