Brief Answer:
It could be musculoskeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

You have not given many details about the pain and about any other symptoms. What kind of pain is it? Does it increase on coughing, breathing or on pressing the area or on movements of the part? Is there any cough, fever, breathing difficulty, acidity or did you sustain any kind of trauma to the part or do you do some vigorous physical exercise? Please answer the above questions so that I can answer your query.

Considering your age and presuming that you have no other major problem, I am of the opinion that it could be musculoskeletal pain or costochondritis(Inflammation of the joints between ribs and sternum) .You may take a pain killer if the pain is bad, apply some volini gel and take rest . It should pass soon.

Take care.
