Brief Answer:
Spondylosis or Spondylolisthesis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

Usually spondylosis or degenerative changes in the spine can cause pain and difficulty in van movements. Sometimes if there is a slip in the vertebra called Spondylolisthesis, the pain can aggravate on lying down.

It would be helpful to get AP and Lateral views Xray of lumbosacral spine. This will be able to pin point the possible reason for your pain.

Avoid performing painful activities. Apply warm packs to the affected region. Take Tablet Acetaminophen or Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day for the pain.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
