Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety Attack

Posted on Tue, 27 Oct 2015
Question: I'm hoping this is just a anxiety attack but I'm reaching out just to be sure. I have a cold again, stuffy nose/runny nose, my chest feels heavy, feels like somethings in my throat. Almost 24hrs ago, I had 3 shots of rum and 24oz beer. I took Tylenol and allergy relief yesterday afternoon and around 4am this morning I had night time cough medicine. I woke up sudden and jumped out of bed to answer the door, I immediately felt my heart racing and beating out of my chest, my body feels numb, my hands shaking, I feel drowsy, light headed, I almost feel as if im losing control of myself, I'm thinking about going to the ER, I don't understand what is happening to me. I'm trying to calm down. Does this sound like anxiety?
