Suggest Treatment For Severe Acidity And Burning Sensation In The Throat
Question: Dear Sir/Madam,
Now I am facing more than 6 months mild or sometime severe acidity problem ,just burn/ acidity at downside of throat .
Actually what happened let me explain,
I have just married before 8 months ago, after two months I have taken erectile dysfunction tadalafil medicine although there was no problem for particular this . whatever I just taken that medicine at night time one pill just one day .
When I morn wake up, there is totally discomfort because of too much heartburn , that time If I eat anything, that was very trouble to me for heartburn /just below the throat area or throat area .
After 1 hour of eat meal, burp will come come continuously , with felling burn at that area what I said above . also when burp will come that time also felling that food will come upside .very bad condition.
It will take completely 3 -4 hours to normal.
I just go to doctor tell them fact , doctor was given some medicine for heartburn or acid reflux , I have taken regularly 1 month , after that I relief mild . But sometimes is very severe.But it is not completely gone .
Afrer continue medicine , I feel better ,but I was at XXXXXXX in my home , not a severe burn last few months , just mild burn when I eat or just after eating but within 15 -20 min will be same as before . but there was a heartburn mild .
When I eat normal food if there is no masala , then no problem . if there is masala then problem of heartburn /acid reflux .
Another thing some days before I was tested my stool , there some issue …
chemical exam reaction is acidic also ph -6.5, I think it is not normal …
Now here I am Saudi , I am felling difficulty to take a food , sometimes rich food .
So please give me a suggestion , it is very important for me now to live here in Saudi . how to relief from this heartburn/acid reflux.
Please advice .

At first, acidic stool reaction is not an abnormal finding.
For the mild acidity symptoms, I suggest oral pills of Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily at 7 am on empty stomach.P Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.
Additionally I advise you to get an upper Git Endoscopy to rule out the possibility of a peptic ulcer.
