Detailed Answer:
Hi MR XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM

Thank you for the query
I understand your concern
Well your question was too short.
I guess gastric problem is usually related to acidity and gas bloat.
Well can try taking an antacid like Tab PANTOCID DSR Once a day in morning available over the counter for 10 days and see how you feel

In addition need to try following things which will help you long term
Ensure adequate eating and sleeping time
Ensure that you do not sleep two hours after meals
Exercise regularly
Do not smoke or consume alcohol
Avoid staying awake late at night
Ensure atleast eight hours of sleep daily
Destress yourself

Hope this answers your query

Best wishes
Wish you a speedy recovery
