Brief Answer:
May be stress/tension headache

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. The headache has most probably developed due to abdominal pain. It is still persisting as it might be the "stress or tension headache". It is one of the most common type of headache which can be induced by variety of factors and persist for long duration. It is mostly in forehead and near temple region as occurring in your case. You can follow few tips to relieve it

: If your abdomen is completely fine, it's ok. But if not, consult doctor for evaluation. If pain was due to gastritis, you can take Tab Pantoprazole after proper prescription.

: For headache, avoid bright light/exertion/mental stress/work requiring concentration.

: You can ask for head massage.

: You can take tab Acetaminophen or Paracetamol after prescription. Both these drugs usually do not cause gastritis.

: Take 8-9 hours sleep.

: You can take hot coffee/tea if abdomen is fully settled. It will relieve headache.

: Use glasses if you have refractive error.

Hope it will relieve your pain. If still in doubt or no relief, do let me know.

Thanks. Take care.
