Brief Answer:
These symptoms can occur in psychosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. The symptoms like thinking that you are being attacked by people walking on street or as if people are watching you could denote some underlying psychosis or psychotic episode and need detailed evaluation. These symptoms can denote ideas of reference (people are watching) or paranoid ideas.

I need some more details about your problem..

- Do you know which people are going to attack you or they are just unknown people walking on street?

-Why would they attack you?

-Whether these symptoms are persistent or occur at a particular time only?

-Since how long you are having these symptoms?

- Any recent Marijuana or any other psychoactive substance intake?

- Do you have any symptoms like hearing voices or hearing voices abusing you?

- Any significant stress you are presently having?

Please provide these details in follow up so that I can comment further. A lot of individuals suffer psychotic symptoms, and these symptoms respond to medicines. So no need to worry.

Thanks, hope this helps you.

Brief Answer:
These symptoms would decrease with medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again, thanks for asking a follow up question

These symptoms like believing that there are two people in you, feeling that people are going to attack you are most likely due to psychotic episode. These symptoms shouldn't be ignored. Antipsychotic medicines can help to reduce these symptoms and you would feel better.

Don't worry about medicines not working, in most individuals medicines help to reduce these symptoms. Commonly Olanzapine, Quetiapine, Aripiprazole etc are used. These medicines help to control psychotic symptoms and also relieved stress. These medicines are relatively safe and free of serious side effects. I would advise you to visit a psychiatrist nearby for evaluation and prescription of these drugs. Please don't feel that the bad one would control you, these feelings will decrease with medicines.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Please ask again for more doubts.
