Brief Answer:
Sentinel headache

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
First of all you don't have to worry too much as all the examination which exclude brain lesions or neuroinfection are done and they are normal
In my opinion a brain MR need to be schedule just to be sure we aren't missing something
Probably you are suffering from migraine attacks (those called sentinel headache) which are painful headache but no cause can be found
You need to avoid caffein and energy drinks
Alcohol should be avoided absolutely
Lamictal is a good choice but it is effective after three weeks of start treatment
Meantime you should use a combination of analgesics and anti inflammatory such as ibuprofen and paracetamol (or tramadol)
Dear it just question of time, you will be fine again
Discuss with your neurologist about my opinion
Stay healthy
Feel free to ask further questions or queries
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
