Brief Answer:
Details as given- nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX.

Thanks for your query, read your history and reports and understood your problem.

I think you are unnecessarily bothered about The problem.
The urine report is fine.
The semen report looks normal if I read Count as 80 million ( instead of 80% may be by mistake). The pus cells in most of the reports of semen are in fact the sperms without tails, so nothing to worry about it.

I think you are not suffering from any infection or disease at the present time. and hence is not spreadable to your wife.
You can certainly make your wife pregnant if the count is 80 million.

About the movements in the area of your testicles. This is nonspecific, has no clinical importance or anything to do with any specific disorder or anyway related to the ability of getting your wife pregnant.

The leakage you are talking about is most probably just a prostatic fluid and is normal at your age with just-married status if you have no other symptoms.

I was just wondering whether the diagnosis of prostatitis was just on history taking by some Doctor or after a per-rectal examination / ultrasonography report by an Urologist or a General Surgeon? Prostatitis can not last for so long of 2 years as you have said unless there is some specific reason. And this is vrey very rare to have such a problem for such a long time.

I would advise you to consult a General Surgeon or preferably an Urologist ( Surgeon) for a clinical evaluation, physical examination of the prostate and all and ask for appropriate investigations if need be.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for more if you need to and you may please rate this answer if you liked it.

Respected sir;
I visited a surgeon in feb. He did DRE and told me that it is prostatits. And prescribed me doxycycline.
Sir; is it TRUE that semen-leakage leads to weakness? And wht about RBC found in semen-report.
Sir; when I urinate on seeing prostatic fluid when I smell it; it smells very bad & seems"CHIPCHIPA".

Brief Answer:
Have one more opinion for direct exam

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX.
Thanks for your feedback.

You visited a Surgeon in Feb, it was long ago. Doxycyclin is still a great medicines. For how many days did you take Doxy ?
It is better to get a recheck done.

Semen leakage has no relation with weakness at all, so please do not worry about it.

RBC and WBC in semen have no relation for the ability to have pregnancy. It is only 2-3 per high power field.

Proastatic fluid has a typical smell that everyone would not like. By its nature it has to be ''chichipa'' so this is normal. It is possible that you have some misconception in mind. So please do not worry about it.

Please have one more check up with a Surgeon or Urologist for further evaluation once as a direct examination and ultrasonography and if necessary Cysto-urethroscopy for direct visualization of the urethra, prostate and urinary bladder will have positive impact and normal tests will sooth you. If there is a problem you can be well treated.

Just relax at the moment, enjoy the new married life since you are just married.

Wishing you a good health.

Brief Answer:
repeat semen analysis and Urologist's opinion

Detailed Answer:
Good afternoonXXXX.

The best days for intercourse for pregnancy are the ovulation days of your spouse.
This is calculated like this : The ovulation occurs 14 days prior to the next period. This means if your wife's periods are of 28 day this will be in the center of the cycle. A few days before and after this period is the best to get pregnancy.

About your Doubt: RBC in semen. This is more important in old age people as there is a chance of cancer. Prostate cancers do not occur in young age group so in your case nothing much to worry about.

Yet on a safer side get the semen analysis done again, get examination done by an Urologist. This will clear our doubts.
Please keep me posted about the results.

Have a great day and time, relax.
