Brief Answer:
Listed some of the most common causes, and common treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I hope you know what the various causes for sciatica are, in case you don't I would like to list them out to you as this is important to know, as avoiding the cause can also help to prevent sciatic pain. They are:

+Strenuous exercise: Avoid strenuous exercise
+Weight gain: lose weight
+Wearing tight clothing from the hip to mid thigh regions: Avoid this
+Sitting or lying down for long durations: Avoid this, be active just not overactive
+Spinal canal narrowing: Can be corrected with surgery if required
+Degenerative disc disease: Depends on the accurate diagnosis
+Pregnancy: Is temporary
and a few other causes.

But other treatment options usually advised include:

+Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications: Eg. Ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, etc.
+Ice pack
+Mild physiotherapy
+Pregabalin for the blood vessel
+Vitamin B12 supplements.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
