Brief Answer:
Sciatica requires surgical intervention
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.
I can certainly understand your concern.
Severe sciatic pain in your case requires surgical intervention to eliminate pressure of disc protrusion on the spine. This offers permanent cure.
Steroid shots will provide only temporary relief.
Fracture of cheek bones require assessment of paranasal sinuses for it's integrity .For this I advise you to get a CT scan of paranasal sinuses.Further management is based on test results.
Rib fractures generally heal by itself, unless complicated by secondary lung injury.
I advise you to consult an expert Neurosurgeon for further management.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you
