Suggest Treatment For Schizophrenia

Question: Hi again Mr.

this is XXXX. i wrote to you here on this website like 40 days ago.

i have been busy and had other plans and been working on them which is the reason why i didnt reply to you sooner.

anyway, i am back on track with the plan to reduce my dose of Zyprexa.

to answer your questions:

you said: "Schizophrenia is a chronic illness that requires lifelong medication management to keep you out of a mental hospital." i disagree with this sentence, even though you would say that it is proven. My father also disagree's with this sentence. :)

i like yoga and physics and meditation.

unfortunately, Zyprexa holds me very much back. it very much stops me in alot of unique stuff that i want to do in my life. i find it very hard to advance deeply in yoga and meditation while i am on Zyprexa.

i have been thinking of getting off Zyprexa for like 2 years now and i think very very strongly that i want to get off Zyprexa so i dont think you will be able to make me want to stay on Zyprexa :)

i am on 5 mg Zyprexa pill per day today.

i have been on this dose for like 50 days today.

i want to lower my dose safely and fast. so as fast as it is possible while its still safe.

i am hoping that it is safe to lower by 2,5 mg in my next dose reduction step. from 5 mg to 2,5 mg. so then i will be on 2,5 mg dose.

if that reduction is too fast and not safe then i'm thinking to lower by 1,25 mg to 3,75 mg.

14 months ago, when i was reducing my Zyprexa dose i started to sleep alot less. so i need a plan to increase my dose by a tiny bit (0,625 mg) if that is safe, to get a stable dose so i can sleep enough.

i will send you another message tomorrow about our plan if i start to sleep too little.

the thing here is that i am trying to get under full (100%) dose of this drug. so the drug has not complete effect on me. i believe that even though i am on a low dose i am still over full (100%) dose today, or exactly on 100% dose. maybe if i reduce my dose to 2,5 mg then i will be on 80% dose or something like that. i hope you understand this. :)

my plan is to reduce my dose until i am on like 90% dose. so the drug has not complete effect on me. (complete effect is 100% dose or higher).

i am seeking a psychiatrist-permission to reduce my dose by 2,5 mg now from you. or 1,25 mg if reducing by 2,5 mg is not safe.

do you know enough about me and my situation to give me that psychiatrist-permission now ?

do you give me psychiatrist-permission to reduce my dose by 2,5 mg ? from 5 mg dose of Zyprexa oral pill dose per day down to 2,5 mg per day.

(if reducing by 2,5 mg is not safe) do you give me psychiatrist-permission to reduce my dose from 5 mg Zyprexa oral pill dose per day down to 3,75 mg per day ?

(i'm aware that this is maybe not official medical psychiatrist-permission or something like that since you are in a different country and this is over a payment website.)

i want to take the next step in reducing my dose sometime in the next 5 days or so. so can you tell me which days you will be working on this website in the next 5 days ?

thank you so much for your assistence. it is very much appreciated.

i wish you a great day, friend :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks so much for reaching out using my direct private service.

Unfortunately, schizophrenia is a chronic illness that requires lifelong treatment. This is the fact of how the disease works. The reason you have been able to stay out of the hospital is likely because Zyprexa has been preventing further degeneration of your brain. Zyprexa does not interfere with meditation or yoga. In fact, you are on the minimum accepted dose already, which does not generally have any side effects. I strongly encourage you to continue taking Zyprexa 5mg to prevent further degeneration of your brain, and to keep you healthy and out of the hospital. I do not in any way recommend a dose reduction.
