Brief Answer:
You are most probably having salivary gland swelling with some infection .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having salivary gland swelling with some infection .

I would advice you investigation like Ultrasonography Neck with salivary gland to confirm diagnosis .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
anti inflammatory analgesic Tab Ibuprofen (Advil) twice daily &
Antihistaminic Fexofenadine like tab allegra at night .

You will get relief .

You may need antibiotic if inflection conform on Ultrasonography .

Hope it is helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
