Question: hello my name is XXXXXXX and i have what i think could possibly be a parasite infection. i have a stool sample, but am not sure exactly what type it could be.

It looks to be Ascaris lumbricoides or roundworm most likely considering this photo but also it could be most common worm: pinworm or less commonly: Ancylostoma duodenale. The exact type of parasite isnt actually important since all of these are treated with mebendazole and similar medicines. So consult your doctor so that therapy can begin. Wish you good health.
