Brief Answer:
Will need a bit more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic.

I'm going to need to know a bit more about this skin condition on your hand.

Can you tell me when it started?
Have you used any cream or medication on that hand?
Have you been exposed to any toxic or corrosive chemicals, been burned etc?
Can you take a picture of the hand and upload it here so I can see. There is a link on the right side of the page to upload, if you have trouble with that then email the picture to YYYY@YYYY and ask them to upload the pictures to queryID: 160859.

I hope this helps and I look forward to your reply.

Brief Answer:
Looks like Atopic Dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hey XXXXXX, thanks for uploading the photos.

From the information you have given me. And from what I can see in the photos, This looks like a case of Atopic dermatitis.

I believe that this could be due to an old exposure to an allergy causing fabric or cream.

You don't have to worry. This is very treatable. A topical steroid preparation will do the trick.

Try applying 1% Hydrocortisone to a small area on your fingers for about 5 days to see the effect. Once the skin starts smoothing out there, you can use the cream on the rest of your hand.

Try this for about 2 weeks. Its should resolve completely. If it doesn't, then you will need to visit a Dermatlogist in person.

I hope all that made sense, let me know how I can help further.
