Question: I am 50 year old and a disbatic with hypertension taking medicines aten 50 one morning and glycomet gp 1.mg for last 2 years. I. walk 30 minutes morning and do leg rotation and some yoga for 20 minutes mostly effecting abdominal areas
my problem is. I feel rigidity in the back of.my head some times lightly.and.some.times.sevetely.accombanied by body imbalancing and sweating. or breathing difficulty.it..occurs. invariabily sometimes morning evening and sometimes throughout.the day. But i have no head rotation or dificulty while. Leaning backward or sides as vertigo patients. Sometimes it makes life.miserable to XXXXXXX ruitine work. stagnation sometimes feel in the sides of the head also. What is exactly happening?.help me doctors

Your symptoms can be due to Carotid Artery atherosclerosis or cardiac issues.
A person who has diabetes and Hypertension is prone to develop such issues related to Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis.
Sweating can be due to Cardiac issues.
I would advise you to get a Carotid Artery Doppler and ECG done to be sure.
