Suggest Treatment For Right Testicle Pain
Question: Right Testicle Pain since 5 years. what can i do for this ....no efffect of the medicine ..on pain. Pain in Right Testicle Upper Part (i think it is epididymis). When pain comes like low to severe.
For example: if pain comes on monday with low pain and ends with severe pain lasts after 7-8 days. After that no pain. Then again pain happens after some days. i exactly tell 2 weeks pain and 2 wks no pain in every month. i observed after Masturbation / ejaculation this pain comes like burning sensation. This pain comes only in evening not morning. Evening starts with burning pain and ends in sleep. Nothing has come in utrasound of whole scrotum. Docotor told me nothing. My prblm has been for 8 years. Can suggest me any medication or test so that I may get rid of my prblm. I get random swelling and pain in my right testicle. It only occurs on the right side. There is pain with it but after a few hours it goes away and can come back at any time.
My Symptoms:
1. Right testicle Red (in upper part only) and warm scrotum.
2. Pain or burning sensation after Masturbation (i.e after one day)
3. Righ testicle Swelling when pain happens.
4 .Right Testicle Irritation
5. When pain happen Right scrotum Red and warm and swollen
Current medications:
1. Dolo 650 2. Levofloxacin LEVOMAC-500 3. Multivitamin capsules- EIDO
My right testicle upper part is pain and looking like redness when pain happens. After masterbation in my right testicle starts with pain like burning sensation. I want to ask 4 questions sir please clarify.
1. My pennis bend to left when errection. Is it ok for sexual intercourse. (Photos are uploaded please see)
2. Next year i'm going to paln marriage. But this pain will depressed me. my doubt is can i do sex with this pain.
3. I'm fear about testacular torsion. Is it my problem. Please tell me sir. I have only pain no vomtings.
4. i have a doubt on testicle epididymitis. What i have to go for tests to confirm this. Beacuse pain will occur in top of my testicle.
But why this pain comes. What is my problem for above said symptoms. Please Tell me sir.

You have given a detailed history which is self explanatory.
To recapitulate important points: Male/28 - Pain in the right scrotum - only in the *evening - burning after masturbation (after one day) - ends in sleep - scrotum over right side becomes red, swollen, warm and there is irritation - normal ultrasonography and color doppler - going on for 5-8 years - taking medicines - not effective - wants to know some answers...
The possible causes I can think of are:
Filariasis locally only.
Arterio-venous malformation.
These get activated on instigation only, only in the evening and goes through night. Hence the investigations should be done only when the right side of the scrotum is red, swollen and warm. Then only it is possible to get the cause.
Hence I would advise you the following:
High resolution ultrasonography and color doppler only **when the scrotum is red, warm and swollen. The Radiologist must be told what to look for. The investigations done at other times will be normal.
To get the blood from the affected area on the scrotum by needle puncture to see if there are filaria in the slide.
Also to take the blood from peripheral smear from the finger for the filaria and expert comment of a hematologist.
I am sure that if your Doctor/General Surgeon/Urologist takes interest in such a case, the diagnosis is possible - must be done when you have a problem.
Please discuss with your Doctor to give your a 3-week course of Banocide forte. This may help.

And by the time you are getting married, your diagnosis will be made and treated well to stop your suffering.

< This is not a testicular torsion at the moment, if it is so will be found when you have ultrasonography and color doppler during the attack and if found a simple surgery will cure you. Your case may not be a case of testicular torsion as by this time the testis would have shrunk and seen in the ultrasound. So stop worrying about this too.
4. I have a doubt on testicle epididymitis. What i have to go for tests to confirm this. Because pain will occur in top of my testicle.
