Suggest Treatment For Rhinitis With Vestibulitis

Question: hello My name is XXXX 23 male. i have been suffering from nose swelling . i consulted doctor and i said my nose was swelled , my left ear was some what dumb while i was eating i also got mouth ulcer. he gave tablet arcla-625(amoxycillin and pottasium clavulanate tab) , rantac-150 ,bionac-P (aceclofenac & paracetamol tab) xylomist nasal drop , zincovit tab actually doctor advised a to z tab but pharmaist gave zinkovita tab . how to take these tab i mean tell dosage . he said i have blister in my nose . Is he treating me correct. will these medicines really help to cure my swelling nose i'm scaring what if my nose still the same(swelling) for the remain life . Is change my nose shape like this swelling. which tabs cure to my nose swelling plz help me doctor

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , seen your picture , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
Rhinitis with vestibulitis .

Your Doctor is treating you correctly .Most likely swelling will subsides & nose shape remain same .
Otherwise you will need investigation CT Scan nose sinuses to know extend of disease .
You need to take tablet arcla-625 twice daily after food ,
Tab Rantac 150 twice daily before food ,
Tab bionac-P twice daily after food ,
xylomist nasal drop 3 drop thrice daily in both nostril for 5 days only ,
Zincovit tab twice daily after food .

I will add Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily , tab Allegra M tab at night & ointment Metrogly p (apply with ear bud) over nose blister thrice daily .
You will need prescription for medication .

okay doctor. why extra tabs (saline nasal spray , allegra m tab and ointment) . Is these compulsory or what my doctor gave tabs is enough. arcla 625 is used for what either nose or ear similarly bionac-P is used for what doctor.

Extra medication will give you early recovery . Saline nasal rinse or spray to keep nose clean , Allegra M for allergy , rhinitis & ointment for nose blister .
It is not compulsory , your doctor medicine course is enough for recovery .

Arcla is a antibiotic , bionac-P is for swelling , pain , blockage & inflammation .

doctor Is any side effects of these tablets because i have been suffering from stomachache since last night but not continuous sometimes if u don't mind can you suggest me tab for stomach pain . and arcla .bionac -p how long i use these tabs at least 10 days or more

okay doctor. Is talking over phones using earphones better ? or normal (without earphones) phone talking is okay? could you tell me which one is better for ear

Talking over phones using earphones & normal (without earphones) phone talking both have no difference for ear .

But if you hear loud music using earphones then it can damage your hearing .
