Brief Answer:
Urologist evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

This is called dry ejaculation when you do not get out the semen after intercourse or after masturbation. This is mainly because of loss of tone of the bladder and the bladder neck and sphincter are relaxed to cause retrograde ejaculation or semen goes back into the bladder.

We need to find causes like prostate enlargement, if the cooper's glands are dysfunctioning. Age brings in these changes and commonly seen in your age group. Treatment exists but after evaluation.

So I suggest a thorough evaluation by a Urologist.
