Brief Answer:
RLS respond to iron and B12 supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. Restless leg syndrome (RLS) is one of sleep related disorder. You are taking Ropinirol and still symptoms are persistent and you are not able to sleep properly.

In most of individuals with RLS serum ferritin and B12 levels came normal. Get your ferritin and B12 levels done to to rule out these conditions. If levels come low then iron supplements and B12 supplements would help to control symptoms.

For persistent symptoms medicines like Pramipaxol (related to Ropinirol) or Pregabalin, Gabapentin etc can help. Pregabalin is found to be useful in controlling the symptoms and help in good sleep. Concurrent use of Benzodiazepines can help in sound sleep. Please consult your doctor for these medicines and don't be stressed, even if you failed to see improvement with one medicine you will respond to other medicines. No need to fear.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again
