Hi
Welcome to healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Majority of respiratory infection are self limiting. Absence of fever and accepting feeds well is very reassuring. Medication are only needed for symptomatic treatment.

I would suggest you the following
1. Solvin cold AF drops 0.7 ml three times a day
2. Keep baby warm
3. Normal saline nasal drops ( Nasoclear ) 2 drops in each nostril thrice a day
4. Decoction: 1 cup of milk + 20 Tulsi leaves + 1 spoon turmeric +2 spoon sugar. Bring it to boil . Filter it and feed the baby warm. do it twice a day

Wishing you and your family a happy and healthy life.

Brief Answer:
Consider addition of Antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX

Absence of fever is very reassuring. The other symptoms should resolve in a day time. Nasoclear Nasal drops will take care of blocked and running nose.
Also consider adding antibiotic. You can start her on Syrup Accuclav 25 mg per kg per dose twice a day for 2 days.
Do not worry she is on road of recovery.

Do get back to me anytime for any further assistance

Take care
