Brief Answer:
It can be corrected by laser.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having refractive error in the form of myopia with refractive power of -3.5 dioptres.
Normally the refractive error increases till the age of 20-21 years. It stabilizes by 21 years.
Once it stabilizes refractive laser surgery like LASIK can be done.
LASIK is one of the safe and effective way of correction of refractive error.
The pre requisites to have this procedure are
1. Stable refractive power without any increase or change in the refractive error.
2. Corneal thickness of 500 mictins or more

Hence you need to consult your ophthalmologist for evaluation so that you full fill these two criteria.
Once the preliminary tests are done you can undergo LASIK.
LASIK is one if the safe and effective procedure for correction of refra five errors. It can correct up to -10 dioptres of myopia and since your refractive error is only -3.5 dioptres, this can be corrected.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
