Please advise?
Brief Answer:
probably just breast hematoma
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
You dont need to be concerned since this is obviously breast hematoma due to hit and it should subside within a week. Breast cancer dont manifest on this was with such rapid signs and since you had trauma of breast then the cause of pain and swelling is obvious. Such hematomas may become inflammed as could be your case and you should rest, apply cold compresses, take ibuprofenum 400mg 2x daily or diclofenac 2x per day. If pain persist, you should do breast ultrasound to rule out abscess which then should be surgically drained. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
Difene and Prescriptions
Detailed Answer:
As far as I know, you can buy Difene (Diclofenac) with no prescription. You will need to check on that though in your area. You can take Diclofenac of course if it is Over The Counter and have read all the safety warnings.
It should improve in few days.
